Dana 3. oktobra 2024. godine sa početkom u 17 časova organizuje se Prva Svečana sednica naučne institucije Međunarodne Akademije Nauka, Umetnosti i Bezbednosti – MANUB. Skup se održava u konferencijskoj sali „Hotel M“ Beograd, Bulevar Oslobođenja 56 a, i posedovaće kompatibilan naučno-obrazovni senzibilitet. Prvi radni deo obeležiće određena predavanja iz konkretne tematatike aktuelnog međunarodnog konteksta, kao doprinos kompetentnom sagledavanju svetske konstelacije. Drugi deo posvećen je implementaciji koncepta svečanog proširenja postojeće kadrovske strukture Akademije. Manifestacija će okupiti eminentne predstavnike šire akademske zajednice, udruženja, uspešne privrednike, vanprivredne delatnike i mlade saradnike.
Međunarodna Akademija Nauka, Umetnosti i Bezbednosti – MANUB konstituisana je sa ciljem angažovanja u nedovoljno profilisanom akademskom polju međunarodne zajednice, tako i Republike Srbije. Inicijativu za formiranje ove autohtone ustanove pokrenuli su relevantni subjekti, među kojima Centar za strateška istraživanja nacionalne bezbednosti – CESNA B, brojni Univerziteti u zemlji i svetu, Fakulteti, Instituti, naučna udruženja i međunarodno priznati akademski poslenici. Formulisana programska opredelenja impliciraju uključivanje respektabilnih inostranih i domaćih činilaca u svrsi lukrativnog razmatranja esencijalnih društvenih trendova. Dosadašnji četvorogodišnji rad kanalisan je prepoznatljivim konglomeratom istraživačkih delatnosti, sadržanim u 19. Međunarodnih skupova i suizdavaštvu 14. renomiranih publikacija.
Postmoderna globalna zajednica opterećena je brojnim kontroverzama u svim sferama bitisanja pojedinačnih tvorevina. Objektivno posmatrano, evidentan je nedovoljan uticaj nauke i obrazovnih resursa na eliminisanju anomalija, snažna eskalacija destruktivnih fenomena u umetnosti i kulturi, odnosno zlokobna ekspanzija bezbednosnih pretnji. Svedoci smo da se trenutno vodi oko 120 ratova u svetu, sa ogromnim brojem žrtava i katastrofalnim materijalnim razaranjima. Pri tome, oficijelni planetarni i državni faktori očigledno nemaju zadovoljavajući odgovor za eliminisanje egzistencijalnih protivrečnosti. Stoga, misija MANUB-a predstavlja poduhvat da kompetentno, sistematski i kritički analizira stanje u međunarodnom poretku i doprinese koncipiranju adekvatnih rešenja u projektovanom institucionalnom ambijentu.
On October 3, 2024, starting at 5 p.m., the First Formal Session of the scientific institution of the International Academy of Sciences, Arts and Security – IASAS is being organized. The gathering is held in the conference hall „Hotel M“ Belgrade, Bulevar Oslobođenja 56 a, and will have a compatible scientific and educational sensibility. The first part of the work will be marked by certain lectures on specific topics of the current international context, as a contribution to a competent perception of the world constellation. The second part is devoted to the implementation of the concept of the formal expansion of the Academy’s existing personnel structure. The event will bring together eminent representatives of the wider academic community, associations, successful businessmen, non-commercial workers and young associates.
The International Academy of Science, Art and Security – IASAS was established with the aim of engaging in the insufficiently profiled academic field of the international community, as well as the Republic of Serbia. The initiative for the formation of this autochthonous institution was initiated by relevant subjects, including the Center for Strategic National Security Research – CESNA B, numerous Universities in the country and the world, Faculties, Institutes, scientific associations and internationally recognized academics. Formulated program decisions imply the inclusion of respectable foreign and domestic actors for the purpose of lucrative consideration of essential social trends. The previous four-year work was channeled through a recognizable conglomerate of research activities, contained in the 19th International Meetings and the co-publishing of 14th renowned publications.
The postmodern global community is burdened with numerous controversies in all spheres of existence of individual creations. Objectively observed, the insufficient influence of science and educational resources on the elimination of anomalies, the strong escalation of destructive phenomena in art and culture, and the ominous expansion of security threats are evident. We are witnessing that around 120 wars are currently being fought in the world, with a huge number of victims and catastrophic material destruction. At the same time, the official planetary and state factors obviously do not have a satisfactory answer for eliminating existential contradictions. Therefore, the mission of IASAS is an undertaking to competently, systematically and critically analyze the situation in the international order and contribute to the conception of adequate solutions in the projected institutional environment.
